What payment methods does Partial.ly accept?

Partial.ly accepts all major credit and debit cards. Partial.ly also accepts ACH bank transactions for payments to merchants located in the United States.

Who is the merchant of my plan?

UpSmiles is the merchant. You can find the name of your merchant next to your plan when logged into your account.

Does Partial.ly require a credit check to open a payment plan?

No, Partial.ly does not require any credit check.

Refund Policy

If you receive your treatment plan simulation and you are unsatisfied with the projected results, we will issue a refund. An animated simulation contains before and after images as well the progress you will receive by using SmileStudios aligners. Treatment plan simulations are delivered to you electronically within 5 business days after we perform a scan or receive your impression kit back.
